First time user, a home ofice call, had a lightning strike and knocked out our Deco mesh system. Was up and running in less than an hour. Next visit was in store and laptop issue resolved in less than 24 hours. Great company, great people.

Went in because my computer seemed like it dumped all my files then a day later the computer would not turn on. Brandon checked a few items suspected the computer had stalled during an update and fixed it in five minutes! The most inexpensive computer fix I have ever had, 5 star work!

We are a small business, with remote staff. I was able to schedule an appointment next day. Maggie was efficient and resolved our issues quickly, including working with remote staff. Very pleased!

I’m a CPA in the heart of tax season. Had a crash. They were amazing. Got me back up and did not lose any data. Price was more than reasonable. Kept me updated by text. Best service I’ve had in a long time from anyone.

I dropped my Microsoft surface laptop off because of a charging issue. Brandon was very helpful in explaining and working with me through the process. Apparently these laptops are prone to becoming inoperable after working on them for simple issues. When this happenned, they replaced the entire laptop for me at the same charge I wouldve paid for the original discussed repair. Incredible customer service and satisfaction, proving that this business has proper morals and operating procedures. I highly reccommend!
